You have the right to change your mind and return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Statutory UK Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. In accordance with UK law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund if a product is:

  • Unsafe or not fit for purpose.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon arrival, SansBay will cover the full cost of return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

  • Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete beyond what is necessary to inspect them, a deduction for loss in value may apply as permitted by law.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

  • Payments will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

6. Important Address Notice

Please note that our registered office in Stockport is not a return centre.

  • Do not send items to the address below without prior approval.

  • Once your return is authorized via email, we will provide you with the correct UK Return Address for our logistics hub.
